Cofounder, CEO Unimech Group

Anil is the driving force behind Unimech, and as the CEO he oversees the design, manufacturing, and execution of large-scale projects. He started as an engineer and has since assumed different, more complex roles at different organizations, including managing large engineering teams overseas at QuEST Global. His attention to detail enables him to pin down the problems, regardless of their complexity. He works with his engineers to develop concepts, set up systems, engineering designs, and optimize the project and performance management to the highest level.

Cofounder, CFO

Ramakrishna or Ram is Cofounder,CFO. He thinks and dreams in numbers, manages accounting and audits, and oversees finances at Unimech Aerospace. Over the last two decades, he has worked in the global pharmaceutical, energy, and aerospace industries, scaling them through customer-centric strategies. He performed for some of the most prestigious names in India and all around the globe, from Indian Immunologicals Ltd to Aster Telecom, Rolls Royce, and GE. Over the years, he has held senior positions for business planning, execution, designing budgets, setting up operations, forming companies, managing finances, and tax management. Ram loves his work, is always on the lookout for new challenges and has a knack for identifying new market opportunities.

Cofounder, Chief Operations Officer

Mani is the resident aerospace and automotive operations expert at Unimech and his hard work and perseverance play a pivotal role in his story. Over the years, he has worked his way up from an operator to the COO of a multinational aerospace company. He has experience in everything from operations and program management to new product planning and business development. Over the past two decades, Mani has handled entire manufacturing plants, built organizations, and developed high-performing teams for companies such as Rolls Royce, Collins Aerospace, and Toyota. Mani believes nothing is impossible, and a solution can be found even before a problem presents itself.

Cofounder, Customer Accounts Head

In his role at Unimech, Preetham oversees project management, constantly seeking to make processes leaner, tighter, and better optimized. As a green belt mechanical engineer, he specializes in quality management and six sigma implementation. He is multi-dimensional and brings his own unique analytical bent of mind to projects. He has successfully applied this to Quest Global, Rolls Royce India, and General Motors. Always learning and a keen teacher, providing training and conducting workshops are two of his favorite things to do.

Cofounder, Chief Growth, Technology  & People Officer

Rajani serves as Cofounder, Chief Growth, Technology  & People Officer, advising on technology, strategy, and talent. He is a futurist, and he constantly thinks outside the box and pushes the team beyond its comfort zone. As a technologist with over two decades of experience, he’s built teams from scratch to break new ground in new technologies and scale teams to high performance.
Aside from strategy and technology, Rajani’s passion is discovering new places, experiencing new cultures and cuisines, and traveling.
